• A student bar and night club with an annual turnover of over 6 million SEK and about 90 employees. Responsibilities included accounting and investment planning, operational activities leading 25 employees during opening hour as well as hiring and supervision of personnel.
• Lead the strategic planning and digitalization of the organization as well as the design and implementation of a new accounting system and a new marketing role in the mana- gement team. Part of the result of the optimization project and marketing efforts I led, was a growth of operations by approximately 25% in terms of number visitors and over 60% in terms of sales turnover. Changed to an advisory role in May of 2018.
